About the Role
This is not an IT Helpdesk role.
This is a hands on hardware, software, installation and troubleshooting position working directly with healthcare technology systems in the field.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service & Installation Technician is responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing and supporting a range of healthcare technologies, including nurse call systems used in hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States.
This is a customer facing role, with regular travel to customer sites across the U.S. You’ll spend a lot of time onsite with customers, supporting hospitals and healthcare teams directly, while also working closely with the wider Austco team.
No two days are the same. One day you might be commissioning a new hospital system, the next troubleshooting complex technical issues onsite, supporting a customer through a critical issue or working alongside project and service teams to deliver an installation successfully.
